Day 34: Make space for yourself
My inner self is vociferously calling for my attention. The muscles behind my brows haven’t released for days; headaches; anger is just beneath the surface; appetite is low; bleed is overdue; I’m retreating with the sunlight; my hair is shedding.
So I make space for Elizabeth the way I would for a man I love. Give her time, give her attention.
An intuitive pull. It’s ok to, and it’s time to, withdraw, sweet fox. Go inward. You are supported; balanced. Rebirthing like the yew tree is your norm, Renée.
